Job Description
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with distributors to achieve sales targets and visibility goals.
- Lead Joint Business Planning sessions and review progress and KPIs regularly.
- Utilize distributor scale to optimize channel coverage and improve sales fundamentals.
- Collaborate with distributor sales force to ensure objectives are met and review performance monthly.
- Monitor sales performance, implement trade visibility programs, and support product launches.
- Manage expenditure, report competitive activities, conduct sales analysis, and provide regular business updates.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG, Electro, E-commerce sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth.
- Expertise in sales within the Asia Pacific market.
- Negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
