Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at SKYO. As a key player in our sales and marketing efforts, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients to expand our customer base. The Business Development Executive will employ a variety of strategies to generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into satisfied clients. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our industry and target market.


Responsibilities:


1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team to optimize lead generation strategies.

2. Client Engagement:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements.
  • Present our products/services effectively, emphasizing unique selling points.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

3. Sales Conversion:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
  • Work closely with clients to address their concerns, and answer queries.
  • Collaborate with our Advisers to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

4. Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our client acquisition strategies.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators related to client acquisition.
  • Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean/PR/LTVP
  • Bachelor's degree / Local Diploma / A levels / international baccalaureate.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
