As an Facilities Executive, you will report to our Manager (D&M).
Job Description:
- Assist Manager (D&M) in the general maintenance and project works.
- Assist to supervise a team of Technical Officers to ensure timely execution of maintenance repairs of building facilities.
- To monitor works of term contractors.
- Carry out regular inspections and check the Clubhouse premises.
- Coordinate ad-hoc works and ensure routine work is carried out in a timely manner.
- Assist in the maintenance of mechanical, electrical installations, fire protection system, building services and equipment.
- To monitor and update works as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Assist to obtain quotations and review the job scopes and specification.
- Assist Manager (D&M) in preparing reports.
- Assist to liaise with all relevant authorities concerned with regards to D&M matters.
- Assist in preparing tender specifications for renovations and projects and co-ordinating with the suppliers and contractors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the D&M Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge in trouble-shooting M&E faults and failures.
- Able to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated.
- Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint and Outlook.
