My client is a renowned Bank in Singapore and am on the lookout for Contact Center Support (Contract).
Skillset & Roles/Responsibilities:
Up to 9 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years focused on Channels and Payment applications within the banking/financial services sector.
Prior knowledge of G3 and SWIFTalliance is preferred.
Proficient understanding of 3-tier architecture applications to effectively: Provide L2 support, demonstrating comprehension of application architecture and interfaces to upstream/downstream systems.
Facilitate day-to-day IT operations, including resolution of production issues by analyzing user-raised or system-reported issues. Conduct impact analysis and propose workaround solutions for service recovery.
Specify monitoring requirements and proactively identify system abnormalities to prevent potential issues.
Perform application capacity planning and execute performance tuning measures.
Participate in and conduct regular disaster recovery simulations/live exercises.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication with various internal IT teams, Business Units/Operations, and external vendors.

Technical Architecture: Operating Systems (Unix/Linux/Windows)
Application Support: Application Monitoring (L1/L2 Support)

Application Server: WebLogic, WebSphere
Middleware: MQ, Kafka, CD/SSH, JBOSS
Programming Languages: Java, C++, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL.
