About Our Client
Our client is a global provider of marine transportation and is committed to providing world class offshore service vessel provider to its customers. With the expansion, the business is looking for a team player, proactive treasury analyst to support its growing business objectives.
Job Description
- Responsible for daily treasury operations and cash management activities including deposit placements in financial instruments to maximize returns for the company.
- Manage the company's cash flow by working closely with internal stakeholders in forecasting cash needs, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations.
- Identify payment failure via Root Cause Analysis, rectification, and payment reissue methods.
- Work closely with AP and AR functions across all internal stakeholders
- Support month-end closing activities
- Monitor and manage loan draw-downs and repayments.
- Implementation of treasury initiative projects as and when required.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury experience. Individuals with TMS SAP experience will be beneficial
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Finance
- Proficient in MS Excel, ability to manage data
- Exposure to ERP accounting systems or Treasury related systems will be beneficial eg. TMS SAP
- Conscientious and meticulous, good organisational skills, independent
- Driven, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Curious learner, committed and good learning attitude
