We are newly established company providing warehousing services.
Candidate are responsible for organising deliveries, storage and despatches of goods in warehouses.
Job Description (Warehouse Manager):
· Oversee daily activities of delivery planning, implementation and execution
· Ensure operations meet customers expectations
· Plan and provide relevant training for new hires
· Ensure policies and procedures are current and updated
· Manage complaints and follow up with service recovery
· Review processes and improve overall performances
· Establish positive, healthy and safe work environment
Job Responsibilities (Warehouse Manager):
· Ensure safe handling of goods.
· Observe Safe Work Procedures.
· Ensure warehouse is taken care of in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and condition.
Job Requirements (Warehouse Manager):
· Physically fit / Manual handling of heavy items.
· Able to learn and handle pallet-Jacks
· Able to read and write in both English and Mandarin.
· Must be able to work overtime.
