Spencer Ogden is currently seeking an experienced Global Operations Centre Technician to support network operations, computer hardware and alerts from data centre facilities in Singapore on a 12 month contract basis starting from April 2024.
Contract Details:
- Start Date: April
- Contract Duration: 12 months from start date with potential for extension.
- Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (Mon - Fri)
- Location: Kallang
Main Responsibilities:
- Network Monitoring & Operations: Managing Level 1 support monitoring round the clock
- Incident Management & Escalation
- Documentation & Communication
- Quality Assurance & Assessment
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent; technical certification/trade
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data centres or 24/7 critical environment management
- Comfortable with rotating shift
- Proficient in network and computer hardware troubleshooting
