Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly qualified Senior Finance & HR Manager to the dynamic team and provide exceptional accounting and corporate secretarial services to their clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in various aspects of accounting and human resources.
Responsibilities:
Finance
- Provide professional accounting services to clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Utilize and demonstrate expertise with cloud-based accounting software, specifically Xero/Quickbooks, to manage client accounts and transactions.
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping duties, including managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Assist in the computation of corporation income tax, providing accurate calculations and recommendations to minimize tax liabilities.
Human Resource
- Manage HR and payroll functions, including employee compensation, benefits administration, and compliance with payroll regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and offering innovative solutions to clients.
Corporate Secretary
- Will act as corporate secretary for newly incorporated entities and offer corporate secretary services, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are fulfilled.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Accountancy or its equivalent
- CA Singapore or other professional qualifications is preferred
- Hands-on in handling a full set of accounts & supervisory skills
- Proven experience working in accounting or related roles, with expertise in Xero/Quickbooks software.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of corporate tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll management processes is an asset.
