Personal Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with our Wealth Manager in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. If you are meticulous, proactive, possess knowledge in Canva and Excel, with a knack for telemarketing, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:


1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support with tasks ranging from scheduling appointments to managing correspondence.

2. Meticulous Organization:

  • Demonstrate meticulous organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

3. Canva and Excel Proficiency:

  • Utilize Canva and Excel for document creation, design, and data management.

4. Proactive Approach:

  • Proactively anticipate and address tasks, deadlines, and potential challenges.

5. Telemarketing Assistance:

  • Engage in telemarketing activities as needed, representing the company with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean/PR/LTVP
  • Bachelor's degree / Local Diploma / A levels / international baccalaureate.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to assist with telemarketing efforts
  • 1 year of personal assistant experience (preferred)
