Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand manpower requirements from our aerospace clients.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of aerospace professionals to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- CEI License holder preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the aerospace or aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of aerospace roles, qualifications, and industry requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
