Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Telcom & ICT solutioning
- Responsible for RFP document development and preparation, and ensure that high quality proposals are submitted on time
- Perform effective engagement with bid stakeholders, customers and partners for bid submission
- Work closely with sales team to understand customers’ requirements, business environment & related complexity and formulate bid win strategies and value proposition for proposal
- Manage and negotiate with partners and vendors on commitments and commercial terms
- Ensure bid proposals adhere to finance and legal guidelines; manage risk log and mitigation plan
- Work with pricing manager to ensure proposed pricing is in line with overall bid strategy, establish pricing structure that meets business/corporate target margins and gain internal approvals for customer submission and make changes where appropriate
- Perform bid presentation and contract negotiation with customers
- Conduct sales engagement to closure, build business cases and present proposals to management
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
- Certification(s) in Cisco CCNP/CCIE (R&S), Aruba (ACCP, ACMP, ACDP, ACSP), Fortinet (NSE4 and above), CheckPoint, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, CISSP is an added plus
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the ICT/Telecom industry or pricing roles
- Experience in managing, deploying, monitoring or configuring security related components, example, firewalls, security advisories, etc
- Experience in doing High Level Design and Low Level Design for various ICT solutions (Networking, Security, Unified communications)
- Experience in ZTNA, XDR, EDR, NDR, SIEM, DDOS solutions
- Good understanding of Microsoft O365, Exchange, on premise AD and Azure AD.
- Effective both as an individual and team player
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
