Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct inspections to ensure equipment functionality.
- Test equipment performance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve complex problems.
- Provide technical support to customers or end-users.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
- Assist in creating and updating technical support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical support on-site is preferred.
- Experience with or a keen interest in smart home technology is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
