- Execute and oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth, timely fulfilment of orders.
- Ensure food taste and quality is consistent.
- Craft creative new menu items.
- Maintain recipes and monitor cost.
- Ensure hygiene standards and food safety.
- Manage production team and work schedule.
- Ensure workplace safety.
Job requirements:
- Diploma in culinary arts.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Possess WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
- Possess WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3 certification a plus.
