Position Summary
Responsible for quality assurance and compliance check in software/turnkey system development and to maintain ISO9001 standards, etc. Will work with project teams to develop test methodologies, test plans, test cases and coordinate test activities for the mission-critical safety and security surveillance systems. Incumbent roles and responsibilities also include reviewing, implementing and auditing company-wide policies and processes for all departments to ensure that policies and procedures for all departments in the Company are adequate, up-to-date, complied with, that there are sufficient internal controls and checks and balances in place to minimise and/or manage risks to the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and work with Project Managers/Product Managers on the quality processes for the entire project from requirements to installation and maintenance
- Provide QA/QC support, testing and quality audit to projects and functions assigned
- Provide Configuration Management, Release Management support to projects
- Contribute to the implementation of the organisation-wide quality goals
- Ensure compliance to all established, approved written procedures are in compliance with ISO9001 and CMMI Level 3-5
- Plan and conduct internal audits, liaise with external auditors, coordinate beween internal users, senior management and external parties
- Identificatio of and communication with consultants of audit preparation
- Provide administration support services
- Enhance document control system in term of change control and configuration management
- Conduct cross functional internal audit
- Integrate project management and quality management system
- Conduct gap analysis of current iQMS in meeting CMMI level 3 & 5
- Report project status and issues
- Manage and execute project as directed by Supervisor
- Conduct internal Audits ISO9001 and CMMI
- Conduct internal Quality Training
- Maintenance of ISO9001 and all Q&E documents
- Travelling maybe required from time to time
Other – Perform other duties as are requested from time to time
Skills and Experience
· Preferrably at least 1 year of relevant experience
· Candidate must be willing to work under tight project schedule
· Experience in quality management system experience. CMMI experience preferred
· Experience in establishing QMS
· Experience in software and system test using software test and management tools
· Analytical thinking, problem solving, value engineering, project management, team player
· Well-versed in:
- Microsoft Office / Project
- Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
- ISO 9001
- CMMI
- SDLC methodologies and application
- Oracle Primavera
Minimum Qualifications
· Min. Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or equivalent
