- Support MD / CEO / VP on administrative needs
- Attend to Visitors and Clients
- Screening of phone calls and emails for MD
- Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials / refreshments if needed.
- Prepare AGM materials, arrangement of meeting schedule with shareholders and facilitate meeting rooms with refreshments & etc.
- File documents and tracking of all maintenance / license for MD.
- Prepare and submit claims for MD.
- Check and approve claims in system for CEO.
- Leave approval for CEO.
- Overseas Travel arrangements
- Observe business practices and etiquette.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management.
- Any other duties as assigned by MD/CEO
- Assist in Procurement
- Assist in Sales coordination.
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit , 5 days work week
