Responsibilities:
- Responsible for site compliance for regulatory, quality as well as food safety standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements including SFA, HALAL, FSMA and etc.
- Act as representative for site projects impacting quality and food safety
- Act as food safety team leader
- Being site trainer for quality, regulatory and food safety matters
- Manage overall in-plant GMP audit programs
- In-charge of all pre-audit activities
- Lead the weekly/ monthly review meeting and compile reports
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Food Science/ Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 - 6 years years of food safety/ compliance preferably from FMCG manufacturing background
- Prior supervisory experience is required
