Responsibilities
Endpoint Device Management:
• Assist in managing and maintaining desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint devices.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in collaboration with IT administrators.
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes.
EUC Solution Design and Implementation:
EUC Strategy and Optimisation:
• Continuously assess and improve EUC solutions for performance, efficiency, and security.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to EUC infrastructure. End-User Training and Support:
• Provide end-user training and guidance on EUC solutions and best practices.
• Offer responsive and effective technical support to resolve end-user issues.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EUC engineers.
• Plan and execute EUC expansion and upgrade projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in end-user computing, IT support, or a related role.
• Strong expertise in EUC technologies, including desktop management, mobile device
• management (MDM), VDI, and remote desktop services.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Exchange or M365 are advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
