Job Responsibilities:
- Owns the CORI acquisition targets and responsible to ensure the respective channels delivers their results: retail, online, roadshows.
- Manage the portfolio of CORI plans and propose changes and updates where necessary.
- Monitor and stay up to date with the market landscape to keep M1 products and promotions relevant and competitive all the time.
- Plan and procure premiums that caters to different audiences and product lines to drive new sign-ups via Shops and online store.
- Work with Retail to create customized sales kits and sales pitch to equip sales with relevant information to close the deals.
- Work with Performance Marketing to promote CORI offers via paid communications.
- Work with Marcom to create CORI campaigns targeted at mass or targeted segments.
- Weekly tracking of competitors’ offers and propose counterattack or offence strategy where necessary.
- Work with Account Managers to craft customized offers and pitches to onboard or renew companies.
- Lead weekly planning sessions with Account Managers, Retail and Roadshow teams to review past week’s results, plan for upcoming week/month and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Planners and handset vendors to plan and execute device related campaigns, offers and sales incentive programs.
- Collaborate with like-minded partners to break into new accounts and co-create campaigns.
- Work with Commercial Ops team to build the financials of the business case and get them approved by the management.
- Brief in requirements to PLM team to configure promotions and price plans into the system.
- Responsible for the customer experience and buying journey of the CORI products.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications/ICT sector.
- Proven track record in achieving individual targets.
- Experience in selling tailored corporate solutions, CORI, or similar services within the telecommunications sector is highly desirable.
- Able to build good customer relationship at all levels.
- Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports.
- Self-driven, energetic, resourceful and creative.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
