Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and ensure accurate and prompt processing of monthly payroll for a large workforce adhering to company policies and local regulations.
- Timely submission of statutory CPF payments to CPFB.
- Submit employees' IR21 and NS Claims in a punctual manner.
- Handle payroll, expat tax, and government grant-related journal entries and accruals.
- Prepare annual filings for employee stock and income taxes.
- Facilitate internal and external audits pertaining to payroll accounts.
- Oversee the management of government grants.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to independently implement improvements and enhancements, ensuring high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle employee-related information with sensitivity.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 year of relevant working experience
