New Life Community Services is a social service agency in Singapore. We are passionate about servicing the community and mentoring the next generation. We currently operate three childcare centres, three youth hubs, and three student care centres as well as conduct programmes for children, youths, and seniors.
We are looking for individuals who are dedicated and passionate to join our Operations team.
The Operations Executive oversees the outsourced operational functions and ensures that daily operations run smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and appoint Vendors for FM services to support Centres operations.
- Work closely with Term Contractors in delivering an operational Centre to the Services.
- Promptly support Centres’ requests for service, rectification, and any other concerns.
- Conduct checks on the quality of services provided by vendors.
- Responsible for the administrative role of the procurement system, access and CCTV systems.
- Assist in managing office space, seating arrangement, telephone lines, storage, etc.
- Support the HQ office with sourcing and procurement.
- Manage and maintain Office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage IT help desk and administration.
Requirements
- Proven track record in handling vendors and contractors and WSH-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent team player, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task and service oriented.
