Job Responsibilities
- Handle and support full spectrum of HR functions.
- Handling of work pass applications, renewal and cancellation
- Responsible for timely and accurately full cycle of monthly payroll processing and reconciliation reports.
- Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and company objectives.
- Handle administrative duties when require
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in Human Resource Operations
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
