The role of a Senior Marketing Manager is a crucial and strategic position within an organization, responsible for overseeing and executing the digital marketing strategy to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The role is to create a compelling and seamless customer journey that motivates potential attendees to take action and purchase tickets.

  • Event Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy specifically designed for promoting events, under different IPs, finding the target audience, event goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Identify and prioritize digital channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising to effectively promote events.
  • Audience Engagement:
    • Create and implement campaigns to engage and build relationships with the target audience before, during, and after events.
    • Utilize social media platforms, content marketing, and email campaigns to foster attendee interaction and participation.
  • Digital Advertising:
    • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns to increase event visibility and drive registrations.
    • Use social media platforms for advertising, and display advertising to reach the target audience.
  • Content Marketing:
    • Develop compelling and relevant content to promote events, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other multimedia formats.
    • Utilize content to showcase the value and unique aspects of the events, encouraging attendance and participation.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and optimize social media accounts to create buzz around events.
    • Implement social media campaigns to increase event awareness, engage attendees, and encourage social sharing.
  • Website Management:
    • Ensure the event website is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines.
    • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to event-related web pages.
  • SEO Optimization:
    • Optimize event-related web pages for search engines to improve organic visibility.
    • Use relevant keywords, meta tags
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various channels and campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze the return on investment (ROI) for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across different platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Brand / IP Management:
    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaigns, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior to proactively adapt the digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    • Work closely with event organizers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with overall event goals.
    • Collaborate with design teams, content creators, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing materials.
  • Technology Integration:
    • Stay informed about event technology trends and tools that can enhance the digital marketing strategy.
    • Integrate technology solutions such as event apps, virtual platforms, and registration systems to streamline processes and enhance the attendee experience.
  • Mobile Optimization:
    • Ensure that the ticket purchasing process is seamless on mobile devices.
    • Optimize event websites and ticketing platforms for mobile responsiveness to capture potential customers on various devices.
