The Job:
- Good understanding in LC terms and export documentation
- Understanding shipping incoterms, as well as basic knowledge of Bills of Lading preferably both in containers and bulk shipments
- Liaise with banks, shipping lines, suppliers, traders, agents and customers as well as our offices across the globe
- Collate all export shipping documents; perform basic checks; scan to buyers; negotiate it against the LCs received with banks; and e-file these documents
- Open courier packages, and at times also need to arrange DHL to send out documents
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree with 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good MS Office skills
- Good communication skills
