As they expand their operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Senior Sales Manager.
The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the Sales business, Marketing, and Services in the ASEAN region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and ANZ.
Job Description
- Managing sales and distributor relationships
- Direct sales management and budgeting
- Developing key accounts strategy
- CRM ownership and competitor analysis
- Providing feedback on product and site issues
- Ensuring high levels of customer service
- Managing team competence and compliance
- Achieving sales and profit targets
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are followed
- Maintaining trust relationships with business partners and authorities
The Successful Applicant
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- At least 5 years' experience in regional sales management
- Ability to create and implement short- and long-term strategies
- Experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Marine industries
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Hands-on people management experience
- Ability to influence stakeholders and peers
