Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the precision of the general ledger and adhere to scheduled account closures.
- Prepare journal entries for monthly financial closures.
- Execute fixed asset depreciation and amortization processes and maintain associated schedules.
- Reconcile fixed assets and conduct necessary asset tag verifications.
- Accurately process intercompany transactions and entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and account for associated bank charges.
- Calculate and prepare management fees and tax provisions.
- Prepare and update audit schedules as required.
- Accurately process staff reimbursement transactions and entries.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
