Job Description
- Develop and executive a comprehensive channel strategy for RegTech and AppDev solution in assigned regions
- Recruit, onboard and manage a robust network of regional IT system integrator (Sl)
- Drive partner adoption and ennoblement through training, co-marketing programs, and technical support
- Negotiate and close large deals by leveraging partner capabilities and expertise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company and partner ecosystem
- Track and analyze channel performance using metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to developing and refining the regional go-to-market strategy for RegTech and AppDev solutions
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years of channel sales in a large regional enterprise SaaS or banking software vendor, successfully managing SI partnership for selling enterprise software solutions
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing enterprise software deals
- Deep understanding of RegTech concepts like eKYC, eKYB, AML, and super app development solutions
- Demonstrated in leading and managing regional channel partnerships for enterprise software, in RegTech and AppDev spaces
