Job Responsibilities:
- Cover someone who is on long medical leave
- Good understanding in LC terms (Sight, Usance & UPAS), and export documentation
- Understanding shipping incoterms, as well as basic knowledge of Bills of Lading preferably both in containers and bulk shipments
- Liaise with banks, shipping lines, suppliers, traders, agents and customers as well as our offices across the globe
- Open courier packages
- Basic understanding of the definition and application of both debit and credit notes
- Administration work such as keeping track of Bills of Lading and regular housekeeping
- Read emails and reply promptly
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
