Job Summary
Looking for a Business Support Associate to contribute to enhancing the team's capacity as facilitators, carrying out the daily tasks of the business (insurance) processing function and process review.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Possess a Polytechnic diploma or a University Degree in Business, Banking and Finance, Information Technology;
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to precision and meticulous attention to details;
- Exhibit adept time management skills and the ability to excel within tight schedules;
- Detail-oriented and result oriented and a good team player;
- High level of integrity and good attitude over teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Pivot table and Lookup functions;
- Maintain strong communication, interactions and has good time management skills.
Desired Skill-set
- Financial Services experience;
- Mathematically inclined.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Processing and Operations Office in their daily task of business processing function and process review;
- Assist in the issuance of contracts and endorsements as well as contract adjustments;
- Responsible for contract premiums computation as well as contract refund;
- Liaise with direct clients/intermediaries on contract benefits related queries via phone calls or email;
- Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation;
- Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead;
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
