Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking production workers
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and intepret technical drawings and schematics
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls
