**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to develop your skills in various aspects of business management. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, strategic planning, analytical skills, and time management abilities.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to supDescription:

  • Assist in creating and executing plans for sales, profit and staff development.
  • Assist in managing filing system and read company emails.
  • Provide effective leadership to the production team to ensure targets are met.
  • Coordinate the entire operation of the central kitchen during scheduled shifts.
  • Respond to complaints. Ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers.
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.
  • Conduct orientation and training & coach new trainees
  • Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties
  • Update GRN and perform e-Procurement.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
  • Ensure the strict compliance by all production staff to company’s standard operating procedures.
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Have 1-2 years of on-the-job experience
  • Positive vibe, energetic and patience in F&B industry
  • Good public relations and communication skills, keen on interpersonal networking
  • Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
  • Committed to providing a high level of customer serviceport various projects and initiatives.
    - Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
    - Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
    - Work closely with mentors and supervisors to gain valuable insights and hands-on experience in the industry.

    **Requirements:**
    - Bachelor's degree in any field.
    - Strong leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
    - Strategic planning and analytical skills.
    - Strong time management and organizational abilities.
