Roles & Responsibilities

We are a leading security services provider committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our operations. As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

  • Supervise, review, and enforce established operating procedures by the on-site teams to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor work processes and performance of on-site teams to achieve service excellence and ensure quality performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily/weekly/monthly rosters, attendance, leave schedules, and duty schedules.
  • Ensure staff adherence to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct, while effectively communicating and implementing company directives.
  • Ensure manpower deployments comply fully with both MOM & PLRD regulations.
  • Engage with clients to address feedback in a timely and efficient manner, attending monthly security meetings as required.
  • Assist the Division Head in managing manpower, equipment, and other resources to optimize on-site team operations within budget constraints.
  • Provide effective leadership to the operations team, including training and supervision of team members.
  • Direct and coordinate overall activities in the operations center, including planning, deployment, and tracking of security operations.
  • Act as the focal point for security incidents, preparing reports, taking follow-up actions, and informing the management team.
  • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree from recognized institutions.
  • Candidates with experience as Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) or Senior Officers from the Singapore Police Force (SPF) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams across different geographical locations.
  • Self-motivated individual with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Strong team player with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
