Designer responsibilities include:
- Participating in various design projects from research, concept to completion
- Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
- Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design
Responsibilities
- To execute design on both print and digital platform
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Use various techniques to create drafts, mock ups and prototypes (e.g paper engineering; motion graphics)
- To pitch creative ideas
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects, campaigns and events
- Manage social media content and visuals
Requirements and skills
- Up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer
- Experience with design software like Adobe ID, AI, PS, AfterEffects (knowledge in 3D animation is a plus)
- Familiarity with design techniques
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
- A keen eye for detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
