Responsibilities
- full spectrum of finance and accounting duties, including preparing monthly/annual consolidated reports, budgets and analytical reviews.
- maintaining effective internal control systems and procedures.
- assisting in corporate finance assignments and fund-raising activities.
- liaising with external parties including auditors, banks, lawyers and investors.
- handling ad-hoc projects; and
- occasional travel is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- CPA/ACCA qualification with experience in an international audit firm.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- self-driven, pressure-resistance and a committed team player with good interpersonal.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
