- Provide general administrative support to supervisory and non-supervisory employees such as clearing of mailbox, distribution of letters/documents, arranging courier services etc.
- Manage office facilities which include maintenance of office equipment and fixtures and fittings.
- Ensure adequate supply of office stationery, and pantry stock
- Liaise with Building’s Management and office vendors/suppliers. Include checking of invoices charged to company.
- Point of contact with Management office on season parking, A/C, access card, fire drills, etc.
- Assist in organizing annual social activities and development programs as and when required
- Facilitate work travel arrangements such as assisting in flight and hotel bookings.
- Support in data roaming activation and visa application
- Provide administrative support to legal director
- Support on ad-hoc tasks as assigned when required.
