Responsibilities:
- Understand recruiting needs and job requirements and source candidates through internal or external channels to fill positions in a timely manner
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and participate in the selection process
- Perform reference and background checks if required
- Manage offer and negotiate with candidates based on approved guidelines and range
- Any other task as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, HR or related fields
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Salary will be commensurate with experience & sales record
