Project Coordinator

· Responsibilities

· Manage renovating projects independently / liaise and communicate with clients giving frequent updates.

· Ensure good quality of work with tight work schedules

· Plan work scheduling and documentation

· Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site work

· Resolve design/site problems encountered during the renovating period

· To attend site meetings prior to project implementation

· To ensure meeting deadlines for project completion

· To follow –up on compliant and feedback if any from client upon completion

· Requirements

· Reliable, diligent and responsible

· Good coordination skills

· Computer literate

· Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure

· No work experience required.
