Our client is looking for an Accounts and Admin Assistant to join their team.
Job Description:
- Handling full set of accounts in AR and AP.
- Support year end closing and period-end closing activities
- Prepare intercompany balance transactions and reports
- Perform checking on invoices/claims or any other expenses related documents
- Process and maintain accurate records of payments
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year working experience in accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Positive working attitude
- Able to work independently
- 5 day work week. Working location in the East
