Main Duties:

To ensure smooth transactions and coordination of order processing between Sales, production, and logistics.


Responsibilities and Activities Summary:

  • Responsible for the Full Spectrum of order processing(E.g.: Sales Order, Refills Order, Consignment Orders, Sample request and Transfer Orders, etc.)
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed promptly and accurately into the system on the same working day.
  • Assist Sales Managers in updating the prices, sales conditions, information, contracts, etc. in the Sales Force System whenever necessary.
  • Monitor orders and communicate order status to customers.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team closely to ensure on-time delivery and provide a complete set of required documents to the customer promptly.
  • Review shipping documents and ensure documents are in full.
  • Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and payments.
  • Handles customer requests on technical documents, shipping documents, etc.
  • Work with commercial and technical teams to handle customer coordinating returns, credit, replacement, etc. tender information
  • Provide administrative support and any other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.


Requirements

Min Diploma or equivalent.

At least 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.

Familiar with computer

SAP Knowledge
