Job Scope:
a) Work closely with other officers to customize sports programme
to cater to the learning needs of students.
b) Monitor the students' participation and take appropriate action
to follow up with the absentees and parents on a weekly basis.
c) Monitor and assess students' wellbeing and development.
d) Ensure that the coaches and auxillary manpower adhere to the
standard operating procedures of the sport programme.
e) Review and evaluate the coaches and auxillary manpower's
work ethics and performance.
f) Maintain good communication with parents of students and sch.
administrators and sports organisations and provide regular
feedback to them.
g) Assist in the logistics, administration, financial matters and
procurement of services in the organisation.
f) Procure and stock-take of equipment required for all activities.
h) Monitor the budget for all equipment.
i) Provide innovative ideas and solutions.
Qualification:
a) GCE '0' Level
b) Standard First Aid Certificate is accredited by National First Aid
council and valid throughout the contract period.
This position will be on a 5-day workweek but must be able to work on Saturdays during the peak training sessions which are held on this day i.e. from 8.00am to 7.30pm (timeframe will depend on the
training schedule of the organisation.
