Preparing payroll, update and maintenance of employee file (Hire, resignation)
· Waive of foreign workers levy from MOM & Apply or cancel the work pass.
· Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
· Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
· Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
· Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
· Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

· support annual salary review
· implement and monitor performance management system
· handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
