Responsibilities
- Point-of-contact between management and retail team
- Manage operation and staff training
- To serve customers with passion and integrity and provide excellent Customer Service to all Customers
- Perform sales transactions and handle customers’ enquiries on products
- Cashiering duties & housekeeping duties to maintain orderly operations within the store
- Stock take whenever necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as supervisor/managerial position in retail industry.
- Positive attitude for delivering excellent service quality to customers with passion and integrity.
- Able to commit at least 1 weekend or public holiday per week.
