Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by tenants and management
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
- Maintain and monitor building systems
- Assist the department in all aspects pertaining to electrical, ACMV, plumbing and sanitary
- Conduct preventive and corrective servicing, inspection, replacements of Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems
- Troubleshooting of fire alarm panel and pump panel
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of related building maintenance experience
- Skilled in Building Works, M&E, Air-Con and/or Electrical
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Independent, proactive and responsible team player
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management.
