Job Scope:
- Collaborate with stores and merchandisers to strategize annual and monthly purchases.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely order placements.
- Forecast sell-through rates and manage purchases across all brand portfolios.
- Generate comprehensive sales and inventory reports.
- Supervise stock levels and distribution logistics.
- Recommend and implement stock promotions and price adjustments.
- Explore new brand and product opportunities, proposing competitive price structures.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and creative teams for seamless event and sales execution.
- Drive top-line and bottom-line growth at both store and Business Unit levels.
- Adapt merchandise and product category mix in response to evolving customer demands and retail landscapes.
- Manage e-commerce order fulfillment and new product uploads.
- Collaborate with marketing on new product launches.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analytics and numerical analysis.
- Strong administrative, IT, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously.
