- Design and execute a project plan to address and prioritise business reporting needs.
- Provide advanced business analytics through developing Power BI reports and building associated datasets to extract, normalize and consolidate data from multiple systems, data repositories and platforms.
- Working with internal stakeholders such as estimating and project teams to identify and link key business cost drivers to market forecasts, predicting business impacts and informing commercial strategies.
- Gathering internal requirements from key stakeholders to design, track and report on critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the global PSM function.
- Developing and improving quarterly business report to inform global leadership teams of key business trends/ impacts across all reported metrics & reports.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights related to procurement processes and expenditures.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualizations to support data-driven decision making.
- Utilize statistical methods and data modelling techniques to analyze complex datasets.
- Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Continuously improve data analysis processes and contribute to the enhancement of data analytics capabilities.
- Hosting routine project meetings with key stakeholders.
- Assisting PSM teams with digitisation of forms & templates, integrating with data repositories and reporting.
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in database; design, construction, maintenance, and report development.
- Experience developing Power BI reports for a large complex organisation.
- History of solving business challenges using data driven solutions.
- Track record of managing projects from concept design to completion.
- A degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Sciences, Math or related fields is desired.
