The successful individual will be responsible for planning and driving strategic business development projects with the executive board.
- Equipping the CEO and the leadership team in delivering value through preparation of business critical data analysis, investor information development and generating creative solutions for the business.
- Assist CEO to track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market.
- Take ownership of product development, including the creation of new features, UI/UX design optimization, and product enhancements based on client feedback and competitor research.
- Develop and communicate strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies to expand our business network in Singapore and Greater China.
- Lead business development efforts to onboard new clients and partners, negotiate partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions and tailored offerings.
- Build and develop a team of business developers globally to cater to global clients.
- You will be a key member tracking and monitoring projects and strategies that stem from the CEO and senior management team.
- This is an impactful role that will suit a proactive professional closer to the beginning of their career but who is able to take accountability and is self-motivated to deliver results even in situations which are not straight-forward.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from a renowned university ideally in arts / humanitites/ media and communications is highly desirable for the technology we are building
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Accounting / Economics or related fields
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience in strategic business development and international fintech exposure
- Proven success in complex c-level negotiations, including technical, compliance, finance and commercial aspects
- Strong understanding of Fintech platforms, products and services
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive deep insights
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients
- Regional market experience in Hong Kong & Greater China
