Responsibilities:
- Assists in recruitment, management and deployment of volunteers.
- Assists in developing and implementing Emergency Preparedness plans and initiatives.
- Widens residents’ outreach and deepens engagement through EP programmes.
- Works with community partners in promoting programmes.
- Provides administrative and clerical support and assists in the update, collation, preparation and submission of reports and statements.
- Supports the division on Marketing, Procurement and Finance matters
- Conceptualize and implement the division’s marketing communications plan in both social media and mainstream media.
- Provides admin support on the division’s budget and finance reports.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Has good command of English, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, meticulous and able to work independently
