We are currently looking for a proactive individual who has the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates in the public as the Mobile Recruiter. If you are looking to be exposed to recruitment, then this would be a great opportunity as an entry.
Job Responsibilities:
- To be integrated and familiarized with the business and types of roles to refer
- Approaching potential candidates of the public within assigned locations
- Build positive relationships with candidate and ensure they are well taken cared of during the recruitment process
- Assist HR in overall engagement activities on-site
- Provide relevant details of potential profiles to recruitment team to process them accordingly
- Review recruitment activities with Recruitment & Retention Manager
- Assist in other HR ad-hoc related tasks
Job Requirements:
- Good communications skills with the ability to approach potential candidates
- Have a good time management skill
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with HR partners to achieve set goals
- Willing to travel to multiple locations
