Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site daily check for building defect.
- Conduct monthly/ yearly check on various area such as security devices, inventory & safety devices.
- Attend meeting with client.
- Support and assist client on audits.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- NTEC / Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical / Facility Management / Logistic.
- IT savvy.
- Willing to perform overtime during weekday and weekend (Occasionally).
- Able to work in the west of Singapore.
- Good working attitude with ability to work independently as well as in a team.
