Responsibilities
- Liaise and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Provide assistance and support to feedback case management, call centre management.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders on systems development and enhancement.
- Be involved and implement inter-agency service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma and Degree in any field.
- Training will be provided.
- Experience in systems and service management are advantageous.
- Able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive disposition
- Strong team player.
