Responsibilities
- Liaising with related counterparties after trade executions
- Contract issuance and post fixtures operations
- Ensure timely receipt of L/Cs from customers and issuance to sellers
- Preparing full sets of shipping documentation and negotiation of L/Cs
- Ensure invoicing, payments and receipts arranged in a timely manner
- Maintain and manage operations records, files and databases
- Handle vessel operations for vessels for the transaction
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years relevant working experience
- Able to work independently
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to multi-task and be a team-player
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin both spoken & written
- Knowledge of UCP rules and L/Cs
- Candidates with experience handling Iron Ore or Petrochemical products will have added advantage
